My Background: I had a 20 year career in the fashion clothing business before I discovered my true passion for design when spearheading a total renovation of my home. I enrolled in a Kitchen and Bath Design program at the Boston Architectural College, and started from the ground up trying to learn everything I could. Before coming to Norfolk, I was the sole kitchen and bath designer for a small firm located in the Boston Design Center.
What I Love About Designing: I love getting to know my clients and building their trust. My goal is to help educate you on the design process & help you stay on track to reach your goals to achieve a beautiful, functional space that meets your needs.
Advice For Homeowners Purchasing A New Kitchen/Bath: Spend time thinking about what you like and dislike with your current kitchen or bath. Look for design inspiration and share this information with your designer so that they have an idea of what you are looking for. Trust your instincts on what you like and try your hardest to not over think decisions that you have made.
Fun Fact: I am originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, and a graduate of Indiana University. I lived in Miami, Florida and Hartford, Connecticut before getting married and making Boston my home.
