Free Expert Design Policy

Introduction

At Norfolk Kitchen & Bath, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and value to our clients. As part of our dedication to meeting your needs, we offer Free Expert Design to assist you in creating the perfect spaces for your home. This policy document outlines the terms and conditions of our Free Expert Design service.

Eligibility

Free Expert Design is available to all customers who follow the Norfolk-established Design Journey. For detailed information on the Design Journey, please refer to the document titled “Norfolk Free Design Journey” available here.

Inclusions

Norfolk’s Free Expert Design includes the following:

Showroom consultation: One-on-one meetings with our experienced design professionals to discuss your vision, preferences, and requirements.
Product recommendations: Expert advice on suitable products, fixtures, and materials based on your preferences and budget.
Design development: Creation of preliminary design concepts, including layout options, color schemes, and material recommendations.
3D renderings: Visualization of the proposed designs through high-quality 3D renderings to help you better understand the potential outcome.
Revisions: One round of design revisions based on your feedback to ensure the final design aligns with your vision.
Space analysis: General evaluation of the designated kitchen or bathroom space, including measurements and assessment of existing structures to determine construction scope.

Exclusions

Norfolk Kitchen & Bath’s Free Expert Design does not cover the following:

Additional In-Home Consultations: Services beyond those established in the “Free Design Journey”.
Quotes via Email: We do not provide quotes or estimates through email communication.
Release of Construction Plans: Detailed construction plans and elevations are released only after an order deposit has been placed.
Additional Revisions: Any design revisions beyond the initial first revision.
Professional Engineering Services: Our free design service does not include professional engineering services.

Process

To initiate our Free Expert Design services, we require the following:

An in-showroom design consultation, scheduled through our official website or through the showroom.
Rough measurements and/or photographs of the designated space.
Adhering to the design steps as detailed in our “Free Design Journey” document.

Additional Services

Should you require services beyond the scope of Free Expert Design, as listed in item 3, Norfolk Kitchen & Bath reserves the right to charge a design fee.

Design Fee

If the need for additional services has been established, Norfolk Kitchen & Bath reserves the right to charge the client up to $1,500, or 10% of the estimated project cost, as a design fee. This fee is non-refundable and will be applied as a deposit towards your order.
