Do you really have 10 Kitchens Under $10K?

Absolutely! Every year, we price out some of our most popular door styles in our Norfolk standard 8′ x 12′ kitchen, and pair it with a laminate, granite or quartz countertop. Estimates may vary if you select upgraded options and accessories, such as an island, or if your kitchen layout varies from our standard layout. We also have custom kitchens priced under $15K if you are interested in an upgraded layout that includes an island.


Where are your showrooms?

We currently have 5 showrooms located in Massachusetts and New Hampshire. Our Massachusetts stores are located in Boston and Braintree. Our New Hampshire stores are located in Nashua, Salem and Manchester. We are planning on opening additional stores in the coming years in the Natick/Framingham area as well as North of Boston in the Woburn or Burlington area.

What are your showroom hours?

Showroom hours vary by store. Please visit our store locations page for information about a specific showroom. In addition to our regular showroom hours, all of our salespeople are available by appointment whenever convenient for you.

How many styles of cabinets do you have in your showrooms?

Most showrooms have between 20-50 kitchen cabinet styles on display. Many of these displays are full-size kitchens so you visualize what your dream kitchen or bath could look like.

Do you show bathrooms in your showroom?

Our Massachusetts showrooms currently offer complete bathroom remodeling and show complete bathrooms on display. Our New Hampshire stores show bath vanities but do not show the related items such as plumbing fixtures, tile, etc. Stay tuned as that may change in the future.


Do you design my kitchen for free?

We currently offer free design services. We do ask that customers view our design process and gather some of the information we suggest you have prior to meeting with one of our salespeople. Then visit any of our stores (appointments are suggested) and our salespeople will help you design the kitchen or bath of your dreams.

Do you come to my home to measure my kitchen?

Our first meeting will be in our showroom. After our initial design meeting in the showroom, your designer will likely come to your home and take measurements of the space we are working in. In addition to taking measurements, our designers want to understand the space and how your family wants to use the space. Coming to your home is an important part of that process.

How much does my kitchen cost?

Kitchens can cost anywhere between $3,000 and $50,000+. Several things determine the price of a kitchen, including the size, type of cabinets, countertops, and accessories that you pick. Norfolk Kitchen and Bath is proud to offer products that fit into every different price point and look forward to understanding your budget and offering you the right products at the best prices.

How long does it take to get a design & price?

If you are looking for a quote on stock cabinetry we can give you a quote right away. If you are looking for special order goods or the design is more complicated than a basic kitchen it can take a couple weeks to complete a design and get you a price. Sometimes it takes even longer as we often redesign several times for our clients until they have exactly what they want.


What labor services do you offer?

Our labor services vary by store. Our Massachusetts stores offer full complete remodeling services where our New Hampshire stores install cabinets and countertops only. Please contact one of our stores and we can give you more information.


How long do cabinets take to get installed?

Basic cabinet installation normally takes a few days. Remodeling of an entire kitchen including demolition, plumbing, electrical, and other trades can take longer (normally 4-6 weeks.)

How long does it take to have stone countertops installed?

Granite/quartz countertops need to be templated by the fabricator after the cabinets are installed. It usually takes a minimum of one to two weeks to return and complete the installation.  You may opt to have the installers set up a temporary plywood counter at the sink area to use, to reconnect your plumbing. Talk to your designer about the availability and cost to do this.


What type of payments do you take?

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Do you have financing?

Yes, we offer financing with approved credit through Wells Fargo. We have lots of financing offers available that will make owning your new kitchen or bath possible, faster than you may have thought.


Do you deliver for free?  Is there a delivery fee?

We offer free delivery in the New England area. Many companies in our business charge hundreds of dollars for delivery, making our free delivery service a major customer savings.

Can I pick my cabinets up at your warehouse?

Of course. Please check with the store to see what the warehouse hours and locations are and we are happy to help load up your truck with your new products.

What time will my order arrive?

Our customer service team will coordinate with you your delivery. We will try and make sure your delivery arrives when it is convenient for you, usually within a time window of 2 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

Can I cancel my order or return my cabinets?

In-stock items can be returned assuming that the products have not been installed or opened and are able to be resold to another customer. Special order items once ordered can’t be canceled or returned. It’s very important that all customers review their special orders to make sure that we are ordering you what you want and once ordered nothing can be done to cancel or refund.


What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

Contact your salesperson. Each of our stores has at least one salesperson along with a showroom manager.  

What should I do if my salesperson cannot resolve a problem?

Do I have a warranty on my purchase?

We warranty labor for 1 year. Material warranty varies, depending on the chosen manufacturer. Some of our products have a lifetime warranty, others have a 2 or 3-year warranty. Please ask your salesperson to give you specific warranty information about the products you are interested in.
