French Roast Kitchen Remodel – Windham, NH

This beautiful kitchen remodel in Windham, NH was designed by Julie from our Salem showroom. The goal of the remodel was to update the kitchen while working within the challenges of the existing space, including a lower ceiling. Careful planning and thoughtful selections helped create a kitchen that feels both functional and inviting while making the most of the available space.

The kitchen features Medallion cabinetry with the Brooklyn door style, combining painted cabinetry with a Cherry Island finished in French Roast. The contrasting finishes add warmth and visual interest to the space while giving the island a distinct focal point.

The homeowners also selected several features designed to make the kitchen more convenient for everyday use, including a Kohler sink, touchless faucet, and double oven. A granite countertop in Fantasy Brown adds a natural element to the design and complements the cabinetry and island finishes.

Working around the lower ceiling presented a unique design challenge, but Julie was able to find solutions that fit the space while maintaining the functionality and overall look of the kitchen. The project was installed by Bob Drouin, helping bring the design and homeowners’ vision to life.
