Your health & safety as our customer is our priority! As post-pandemic life begins to take shape, we have revised our protocols to align with the CDC’s current recommendations. 1. Face Coverings Recommended, Not Required
Per updated CDC guidelines, face coverings are recommended for unvaccinated customers. In consideration for your health & safety, we are still requiring unvaccinated employees to wear masks both in the showroom & while in your home.
2. Regular Hand Washing Encouraged
Hand washing & sanitizing stations have been established at every showroom, and everyone is encouraged to wash their hands frequently.
3. Showrooms & Displays Cleaned Frequently
Showrooms & displays are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected several times per week, both by professional cleaning companies & our team.
4. Enhanced Cleaning & Disinfecting At All Projects
Our installers and trade specialists have been thoroughly trained on cleaning & disinfecting procedures while in a customer’s home. All tools, trucks & job sites will be cleaned frequently.
