Order Pickup In Braintree, MA
Cabinets & countertops may be prearranged for pick up at our central distribution warehouse in Braintree, MA. Orders must be paid in full prior to being picked up. Once paid, you may schedule a time to pick up your order during our operating hours. Please see our pickup process below for more details.
Please note: We do not offer pick-ups at our Braintree showroom. New Hampshire customers may also pick up their cabinets at our Nashua, NH location.

Order Pickup Process:

- Contact our Customer Service team in advance to schedule your pick up, preferably at least 24 hours in advance. Please provide your order information, and, if you are doing a partial pick-up, the list of items needed.
- Once you arrive at our warehouse, park and call the distribution center dispatch office directly at (781) 817-4005 to check in. For safety & security purposes, please do not go in the main entrance.
- The dispatch office will instruct you which loading dock to back into. Loading docks are located at the rear of the building. Please have your order information & item list ready.
- Your items will be carefully placed into your vehicle by Norfolk personnel.*
- An authorized signature is required to complete the transaction.

Monday to Friday – 8 AM to 4 PM
Saturdays & Sundays – CLOSED
*Norfolk is not responsible for securing picked-up items to/inside your vehicle.
