Our New 10 Point Safety Check – Keeping You Safe Is Our Top Priority

As more businesses begin to reopen, and life with COVID-19 begins to take shape, we wanted to share with you the measures we are taking to make sure that you, our employees and our community are safe. We have implemented a simple “10 Point Safety Check” for all employees and customers to follow.

1. Social Distancing Measures In Place

We have adopted social distancing where possible, including in the showroom and at all in-home appointments, deliveries and kitchen installations. While an in-showroom design appointment is ideal, we are currently offering phone and video design appointments if our customers would prefer to meet their designer from afar. Please contact the showroom for more information on these options.

2. Face Coverings Required By Employees & Customers

All Norfolk Kitchen & Bath showrooms will require employees and customers to wear face coverings while in the showroom.

Note 4/16/2021: Although the NH statewide mask mandate has expired, we will still continue to require both employees and customers to wear masks while in any of our showrooms. We appreciate your continued cooperation!

3. Wellness Check Completed By All Prior To Any Interactions

We value providing a safe work environment for our employees and customers.  Our employees are self-monitoring their wellness daily.  Any employee who has experienced any COVID19 related symptoms during the last 14 days, including fever of 100.4 or higher, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, or difficulty breathing is asked to stay home and contact their supervisor.  We also ask employees & vendors who have been traveling or in contact with anyone who has been diagnosed to be diligent with self-monitoring and notify management.

Hand washing & sanitizing stations have been established at every showroom, and every Norfolk employee is required to wash their hands regularly.
