As the Showroom Manager in addition to being a Designer in our Braintree store, it is my responsibility to provide the best possible customer experience for all of our projects. This is done by staffing our store with the most talented designers and offering a showroom that displays the most current trends in the industry.

Advice for home owners when purchasing a kitchen:
My advice would be to purchase your kitchen from an individual that you trust that is employed at a long standing family owned company. This is a safe bet when undertaking such a large and infrequent purchase such as a kitchen or bath project.
What do you love about designing kitchens?
I love being the expert that can design unique and creative environments. It gives me great satisfaction to meet a customer that has been less than impressed with our competition and then discovers the “Norfolk way” after visiting one of our showrooms.
Fondest memory of a previous customer.
A gentleman named Donald entered my store with a magazine that had the top corners of three pages noticeably turned down and a separate sheet of paper that included the measurements for his kitchen. The marked pages in the magazine contained many beautifully detailed images of a country style kitchen that his wife had absolutely fell in love with the previous summer and tucked away in a drawer with the idea that if the couple ever decided to add a new kitchen to their home, this would be the one. He said the kitchen was going to be a surprise for his wife and our dealings were to be kept a secret from her until a time of his choosing. We soon got started on the design, making sure that every precise detail from the kitchen pictured in the magazine was modified to fit their home and then the project sold. Weeks later, his wife Donna watched as our installer pulled his box truck into the driveway and started to unload the cabinets. In disbelief, Donna started to approach our installer, thinking there was a mistake, when Donald stopped her and revealed his thoughtful gift. According to my installer, she continued to cry over her husband’s kind gesture for the better part of that morning. Its experiences like this that make me realize that there are a lot of great people out there. Be sure to ask me about the astronaut story when you come to the Braintree showroom.
Favorite hobby: Fishing for stripers from my kayak in the summer.
