Lea has been with NKB for 8 years. Prior to that she was a designer at Lowe's and before that helped to start Youthbuild Boston . She taught construction math for ten years and worked with young people to rebuild dysfunctional properties in the city of Boston. From first hand experience in the field she knows how your project goes together. She enjoys being a parent, long distance open water swimming, and beekeeping .

What is your favorite type of kitchen or bath project to do?
I get a lot of satisfaction from seeing how a new kitchen helps to elevate the quality of family life. My customers tend to cook healthier food, keep their newly designed space clutter free, and use the kitchen as a gathering place for family and friends to hang out. They see the value of a new kitchen not only in dollar figures but in life improvement.
