Jennifer has been with Norfolk Kitchen and Bath since 2007 and has 12 years in the design industry. This includes Kitchen & Bath plumbing sales, and the home remodeling industry. Her experience has provided a wonderful foundation for creativity, functionality and helpfulness within each and every design she presents. She feels that in order to be the best designer you can be and be in sales you must always remember, How would you want to be treated? If you are helping customers in that mind set and if you communicate & educate everyone properly it is always a Win, Win for everyone. Jennifer enjoys being with her husband, friends and family just enjoying life. Sitting around a fire outdoors, going for a long walks, or going to see a great movie. When vacationing, spending any amount of time in the Caribbean is just where she loves to be.

What is your favorite type of kitchen or bath project to do?
I personally love to take on residential kitchens. I love when space allows for a kitchen island as well. Most customers express that everyone wants to congregate in their kitchen when they entertain so making the design accommodate that concern along with functionality and visual appeal is fun for me. It does not matter what size room or what style cabinet it is. I feel that it is more than just selling boxes and countertops to people. It is literally making their everyday lives more enjoyable and more carefree. It is making them feel pleased they made the investment every time they walk into their kitchen. That is part of what makes my job so rewarding.
